Post-Mousetrap

Mousetrap is over! Surprisingly we had two full houses, the second last show was just a lot of walk-ins, should be cause of the word of mouths from the audience from the three previous shows. Anyway the final show was sold out a week before.

Point is, it's over. And I can concentrate more on my studies and try to score like a H2A/B for Intro To Mech, a subject that I have yet to see the new lecturer. Or maybe a high H3 will do. So, wish me luck!

I thought I would go to gym and read a lecture or two after that tonight, but I was very wrong.

During table duty this afternoon, Matthew asked us to watch Devil Wears Prada at 7.45pm. I wanted to watch it partly cause my sister said it was nice, but I was just checking out the movies sessions yesterday and then it's like the only movie that appeals to me, since The Nightmare Before Christmas 3-D is not out here in Melbourne yet.

And you can say that I'm slow cause I only watched DWP today, but don't come tell me Australia very slow, TNBC 3-D not out yet. It's not my decision to not release it here. (Actually I also don't know if it's out in Singapore/Malaysia but then, just assuming it is la. Flight 11 is not out here yet. And it's out in Singapore already right? And Malaysia?)

So we went to the cinema at 7.40pm, just to realised that it was actually a 7.25pm show. And we ended up watching the 9.35pm one...

Anyway, it's a nice show. And maybe cause I know it's from a novel, I actually paid more attention and try to study the characters and analyse them throughout the movie. Doesn't sounds like me right, haha, I know, I was shocked too. Maybe it's just the literature lessons having an effect on me since I took it last year in Trinity.

The movie has it's meaning, or at least it conveyed that message to me, which I will not say it here cause it would sound philosophical and will be very off from the 'lame' theme of this blog (even though this post is not lame afterall). But the most erm, turning-off thing is when we walked out of the theatre, the girls said:

"Nice movie! The fashion very nice!"

"I feel like shopping already!"

Pay attention to the story, girls!
