Alright, Jinwoong, I'm sorry (refer to the 2 previous post).

Even though I don't know you, and you wouldn't be reading this, I still have say sorry so that my friends know that I'm sorry to had made fun of the notice that you wrote.

I just thought it would had been a laughing-at-the-note-not-laughing-at-you-and-after-that-forgot-about-this-thing kind of thing. But I have to say sorry before anyone gets too worked up by my sense of humour. (er... which means nobody is angry at me if you read carefully)

Actually I think that notice that you wrote is in fact a very good and effective one! You get your point across!

You need to learn English! And all other details are presented in sentence structures that are possible to be worked out.
