the ERP song

actually alvin sent me the song some time ago, and evelyn had already posted the lyrics on her blog since last week, but i still think there are another group of people that know what ERPs are who read my blog but not hers (simply cause they dunno her la)

for the benefits of those that have no idea what an ERP is, it's something like smart tag or citylink la.

it's those gantries that are placed along singapore roads to collect tolls from road users.

but this ERP thing is implemented cause of traffic congestion. it's not like the citylink here in melbourne, where the stretch of road was built to serve as a faster route to get through the city for people who doesnt mind paying to avoid the heavy traffic along normal roads.

this ERP system is getting so irritating that basically, you cant avoid a gantry anymore if you're going to the town area during weekends. and you cant go pass the gantry at too low a speed also, cause the sensors are designed to work in the speed range of around 45-90km/h, i think.
