Hungarian Grand Prix Update
Wheeeeeeeeeeeee.
BMW's Kubica is disqualified following stewards ruled that his car was 2kg under the minimum weight requirement after the race. BMW explained that this was due to "excessive and unexpected tyre wear (and therefore weight loss) through continued use of wet-weather tyres in comparison to the accustomed and anticipated rate of wear of dry tyres."
Ok so he didn't score any point on his debut afterall.
But what's important is this moves Michael up to eighth, even though he did not finish the race, and scores a point! (he completed enough laps to be classified 9th, as those initially classified as 10th, 11th, 12th and so on were three laps down on the leaders.)
