Don't worry about me!

Ok, this post is about why you shouldn't worry about me.

People always end a conversation with 'take care', right? Ok, here's why you don't have to do that to me. A lot of people say that to me, but they end up getting sick first. Maybe it's cursed to ask me to take care, cause there was a period of time when all of those who defy my insistance and asked me to 'tc' ended up sick. It was scary. SO unless you want to get sick so that you can skip school or apply for special consideration during exams, don't ask me to take care.

There are some people who have issues about me going to gym or lifting weights at home. Don't worry about me getting all big and muscular and ugly. Why?

First of all I know it is ugly, simple as that.

Secondly, I lift a pathetic 5kg at (my Malaysia) home. How much effect can I get? I do that for fun, not for anything else.

Thirdly, I don't lift much even in the gym. Some of my friends started coming to the gym I go and then I realise what I should be doing if I really want to have a muscular body. In addition, I don't go gym that often in the first place. But when I went to the gym yesterday, this was the saddest thing that happened...

I was lifting weights with my friends and they were doing something like 22.5kg. I went to take a 12.5kg (curl bell) and started pumping my bicepts. Then they say I don't seem to be working hard for the 12.5kg and asked me to go and take the 15kg one instead. And so I went. But after one set of 10 I don't think it's good for me and went back to change back to the 12.5kg one. Actually the gym is not that great afterall I realise, cause they only have one curl bell for each of the weight. So someone took the 12.5kg and it wasn't available for me.

Then I found it strange, cause most of the guys in the gym are built. Why the hell would they take a 12.5kg bell for?

I looked around...

Can't find.

Looked again...

A woman was using the 12.5kg bell.

Ok, how are you suppose to be worry about me getting all big and stuff when A WOMAN is doing the weight I think is suitable for me?!

But it was saddening...

Just for your information, all I want from the gym sessions is good fitness, which explains why everytime I go to the gym I can't resist doing cardio, and a body good enough so that when I go to beach I can go top naked and get tanned whichever game I'm playing.

So...

Don't worry about me! I've only posted two cases in which you don't have to worry but if you can think of more either send me email or tell me in msn so that I can try and convince you to not worry about me.
