Malaysia Airlines

Wow! It not very often that I blog on something about Malaysia. But when I do, you probably can expect that it's not something nice.

By now you should know that I"m not going to be inactive for one month, as I've claimed in a previous post...

As I'm an international student I take planes relatively many times compared to people of the same age, in general. I live in JB, but I've only taken SIA (from Melbourne to Singapore and vice versa) cause it's nearer (from Changi to my house) and cheaper than taking MAS.

I will touch down in Changi and my parents will fetch me back to JB. If I take MAS, it's more expensive I don't know why, but I have to go to KL and then maybe have to wait for hours before I transfer to a domestic flight to Senai. From Senai it's about the same travelling time to Changi, provided there's no jam along the Causeway.

Anyway, most of my KL friends and other-parts-of-Malaysia-except-JB friends take MAS to go back home. And last year when I was looking for alternative airlines I asked my friends why they take MAS, is it good and so on...

And one of them told me this:

"MAS had no accidents before you know. SIA got right?"

Yea indeed, SIA had one big accident before. And Cathay had another one big one too. Singapore... They want things big, you know?

As Mr. Kiasu said, the bigger the better!

Anyway after hearing that I thought, yea right, I haven't heard of any accidents from MAS before... wah... quite impressive ar... I didn't know this...

BUT WHO SAID SO?! If you are up to date with the news, I'm not referring to the engine blew-up just days ago. You might want to read this, a general information on MAS, but if you're lazy to read so many things, click here.

LIAR!
