iphone or not?

i was talking to my friend who has a iphone 3gs and even though he told me that the msger app cant be run in the background, after exiting the app, some people still managed to msg him. he didn't know it can run in the background too, and that was the only reason why i didnt want to buy iphone.

and now since iphone can be bought directly from the apply stores, and 16gb is enough for me, and msger apps can run in the background,

I REALLY FEEL LIKE BUYING AN IPHONE LEH. should i?
